About Jedd
Jedd Flanscha is a graphic artist whose work brings focus to the values of love and respect.
Not always great with words, Jedd has always been a visual thinker. “It's just how my brain works.” By middle school, he was making logos for stuff like fake airlines, real ecology clubs, and eventually received ultimate validation in winning an annual Arbor Day t-shirt competition. His first paid gig was to create a logo and on-screen graphics for RFC-TV 16, a community access channel, which aired the brand until it finally went kaput. His mom still proudly sports her mug with the logo on it.
Out of art school, Jedd created the studio Yield Media to house all his work. Projects varied from client branding and marketing to illustration. He was best known for graphic artwork including the popular “Corporations Can’t” poster series, highlighting the absurdities of corporate personhood.
Now, after spending a decade working as a UX and Creative leader at an international NGO, Jedd is back with Fellow Earthling. His goal is to produce sustainable and quality products to help everyone wear their hearts on their sleeve.
Jedd is based in the industrious and creative hub of Newburgh in New York’s Hudson Valley.
